Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items you ordered are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
However, due to flight restrictions, dispatch may be taking a little longer, so please kindly allow extra time for shipping delays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, BecoLife cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
For products which stock in China
The default mode of transportation is postal parcel (valid for 10-15 days). If you want to use a faster mode of transportation, you may need to pay higher freight. If you have special demand on which carrier to use, please email us before we ship the item (email@example.com).
If clients wants to change order info like change item or shipping address, he must email or inform us within 24 hours, otherwise once the item is shipped, the order cannot be changed and all the related fees will be covered by clients.

Online purchase made through Becolife.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at email@example.com to get a return authorization and return address.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
