Exchange & Refund Policy
BECO LIFE shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size, or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement or provide you with a refund in your account.
The exchange shall be made within a month days as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
To exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +86-13751812734 between 9.00 A.M to 6.00PM CST or email us at info@becolife.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. Delivery
Usually deliveries may take up to 7 - 10 business days but it may extend up to 10 - 15 business days in certain areas due to COVID condition.
Cancellations
We allow for Order cancellations until none of the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse (i.e. Within twenty four hours from the time of placing the order.) If the items in your Order have been processed in our warehouse, then the order MUST be accepted on delivery and if desired to be returned then, the return policy shall apply.
